Sue Nowicki
With more than 35 years of industry experience at a Fortune 500 Defense and Aerospace company, Sue Nowicki partners with organizations to drive excellence in Digital Engineering, Program Performance and Optimization, and Engineering Investment Strategy. She is known as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, recognized for her ability to simplify complexity, shape successful transformation strategies, and elevate organizational performance.
Sue is an active member of the Digital Twin Consortium, NDIA, SWE, and the Association of Old Crows. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Buffalo Society of Natural Sciences. A sought-after speaker, she frequently shares her insights on digital transformation and engineering leadership at global conferences.
Sue is currently pursuing her PhD at Clemson University, focusing on Engineering Investment Strategy. She holds dual MBAs from Cornell University and Queen’s University in Canada, as well as a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from SUNY Geneseo.
