Practice Leader

Sue Nowicki brings three decades of expertise in defense and aerospace to her role as the Managing Director at Bridgeport Partners LLC. Sue recently retired from Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), where she spent 35 years in Engineering leadership.

Sue is currently the Digital Integration Strategy Lead for the F-35 program. In this role, she is responsible for working with the Joint Program Office to architect the future digital strategy for the F-35. Sue is also an Aerospace & Defense and Digital Engineering advisor to McKinsey and Co. In her role at Bridgeport Partners, she works closely with leading organizations in Silicon Valley to bridge the gap between MBSE and Digital Twins across multiple layers of hardware abstraction. As Director of Digital Transformation at NGC, Sue led the transformation of engineering design across a multi-billion-dollar sector. Sue’s visionary leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including the President's Leadership Award from NGC.

Sue is an active member of the NDIA, DTC, and the AOC.

Sue is pursuing her PhD at Clemson University, where she is researching Engineering Investment Strategy for Digital Engineering. She holds an MBA from Cornell University, as well as a bachelor’s in Computer Science and Mathematics from SUNY Geneseo. She is a sought-after speaker, sharing insights on digital transformation and leadership at conferences and events worldwide.
